The new clubhouse replaces the original 1912 structure that they had long since outgrown. The new building includes enlarged member dining areas and a new banquet facility that will seat 225. A commercial kitchen is located between the two functions. The clubhouse also includes locker rooms, a fitness room, pro shop, and administrative areas. The basement accommodates 60 golf carts and member bags and push carts.

The building is situated to take best advantage of the idyllic views of the course and the swimming pool. A wraparound sun deck will seat 75. The new clubhouse creates a comfortable and inviting second home for the 475 members and their guests.
